Evidence Based Chiropractic Care
When to refer to a chiropractor for spinal pain. Here is a slide show designed for other health care professionals to show them when it is appropriate to refer to chiropractors. This is geared toward Medical Doctors who are faced with managing one of their patient’s back pain or neck pain.
It’s important for the general population to know that Doctors of Chiropractic are portal of entry providers, and a referral isn’t needed to see one of us. We also recommend that communication between MDs and DCs be open, clear, and current for the best care delivery for you, the patient.
