Good Posture

This infographic is a great collection of “Do’s and Don’ts” for caring for your spine. Read through it and follow their advice as good posture is more than about looking confident and like a leader. Good posture is also about preventing and controlling back and neck pain.

This is fantastic Dr Lloyd. The visual guide puts things into perspective for the general population and ultimately gives them ways to improve the posture. I also liked the reasons for bad posture and how not all are physical. I think more emphasis should be placed on the connection between mental state and bad posture as this is engrained into a person, however I am not a medical professional so am not able to provide diagnosis or anything like that. This was great information, thank you so much. I will be referencing it in my blog post, I hope that’s ok. :D

This is my personal site for me, Dr. Lloyd. It's mostly about chiropractic care. That's why I called it, "LloydChiro."

In this site you will find information about chiropractic care, me, and some things about diet, exercise, and other topics that interest me and your health.

“Nineteen hundred and three will bring great advances in surgery, in the study of bacteria, in the knowledge of the cause and prevention of disease. Medicine is played out. Every new discovery of bacteria shows us all the more convincingly that we have been wrong and that the million tons of stuff we have taken was all useless.
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will instruct his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.
“They may even discover the germ of old age. I don’t predict it, but it might be by the sacrifice of animal life human life could be prolonged.
“Surgery, diet, antiseptics — these three are the vital things of the future in preserving the health of humanity. There were never so many able, active minds at work on the problems of diseases as now, and all their discoveries are tending to the simple truth — that you can’t improve on nature.”
